2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, telephone number, email and delivery address; order, delivery, correspondence and return information; uploaded photographs, design files, text and personalization choices; messages provided during design assistance; and IP address, device, browser, cookie and website-usage information.

Customers uploading photographs or information about another person confirm that they have permission to provide and use that content. Where photographs include children, the customer must have the appropriate parental or legal authority.

3. How we use information

We process personal data to create, fulfil and deliver orders; provide customer service and live design assistance; process returns, complaints and legal claims; maintain website security; comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations; and, where consent has been provided, measure website performance and advertise ForgetMeNo.

Processing is based on performance of the customer’s contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or the customer’s consent.

4. Storage and recipients

The website and order data are stored on our own VPS infrastructure hosted by Contabo in England, United Kingdom. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

We may share only necessary data with Speedy and delivery partners; hosting and technical providers; accounting, legal or public authorities where required; communication platforms selected for live assistance; and Google or Meta services where analytics or advertising consent has been given.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil orders, provide support, meet statutory accounting requirements and establish or defend legal claims. Uploaded photographs and design files may be deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

5. Cookies, Google and Meta

The website uses essential cookies for functions such as language, currency, cart and checkout.

With the visitor’s consent, we may also use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or similar measurement and advertising services. These providers may receive technical information such as IP address, device identifiers, visited pages and order-conversion events.
