1. Seller

ForgetMeNo is operated by DVE BG LTD, UIC 203136541, registered address: 82 Prilep Street, Varna, Bulgaria.

2. Orders and designs

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and confirms that the submitted design, text, photographs and selected options are correct.

We review designs for obvious spelling mistakes, misplaced elements, calculation inconsistencies and visible photo defects. When necessary, we may contact the customer before production. The customer remains responsible for the supplied content and confirms having permission to use all uploaded photographs and text.

3. Prices and payment

The complete product price is displayed before ordering. Delivery is calculated separately according to the product size, destination and selected delivery method. Payment is made by cash on delivery.

4. Production and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days and delivered by Speedy. Full delivery estimates, inspection options, damaged-product procedures and return conditions are described on our Delivery, Payment & Returns page.

5. Personalized products and returns

Our products are created according to each customer’s individual design. Personalized products are generally excluded from the standard statutory right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, ForgetMeNo voluntarily accepts eligible physical-product returns requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to our published return conditions.

Mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

The ForgetMeNo website, software, product concepts and original designs remain the property of DVE BG LTD. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Customer photographs and personal content remain the customer’s property and are used only as necessary to create and fulfil the order.

7. Complaints and applicable law

Customers should contact us through the website’s contact form before returning a product or submitting a complaint. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law without limiting any mandatory consumer rights applicable within the European Union. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the competent Bulgarian consumer-protection or alternative dispute-resolution authority.
